How to Register

Registration for the EWTG 22nd Annual Professional Development Conference is accepted online , by mail, or by fax (see last page of this brochure for registration form).  To facilitate your registration experience, you should:

Select your workshops from the conference program.  Indicate your choice for each of the three workshop time slots. The choices for which you register will be reflected on your conference name tag. Room sizes are determined based on the number of registrations received for each workshop.
Indicate your method of payment.  EWTG accepts state agency vouchers (please provide P.O. number), personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.  Credit card payments are accepted online, or you can complete the information and mail or fax to EWTG.
Provide the mail and email addresses for confirmation of your registration.
Online registrations will receive an immediate confirmation/invoice.  Payment is required prior to the conference date. Register early for a lower rate.
Registrations submitted by mail or fax should include an email address for confirmation and the post-conference survey.
If you are a current member of EWTG, indicate whether you would like to include your dues renewal with your registration.
We invite you to join EWTG and enjoy all the benefits of membership!  To join, review the eligibility criteria, complete the member contact information section, and submit with your conference registration.

Early Bird Deadline Extended
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced in trying to register for our 22nd Annual Professional Development Conference; our webhost experienced outages. We are aware of the problem and have been working with them to resolve the issues. We are extending the deadline for the early registration rate through Friday, October 17. You may also submit your registration by fax. Thank you for your patience.

We anticipate our largest turnout yet for this event.  Early registration is encouraged to ensure admittance to the workshops you prefer.

EWTG Membership Eligibility & Dues


FULL MEMBERSHIP:  Open to individuals in Texas state government and higher education whose job duties include developing, directing, managing, supervising, or administering people, programs, or policies, or whose annual salary is at least $35,000.  Annual Dues: $50
PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNER MEMBERSHIP:  Open to individuals who do not qualify for full membership and are not state employees, but whose professional job duties are closely affiliated with those of full members and who support the purposes of EWTG.  Annual Dues: $100
RETIREE MEMBERSHIP:  Open to those persons who have been Full or Public/Private Partner members and who have retired from a professional position.  Annual Dues: $25
